Sync settings screen doesn't work

I just got Moneydance. I have Mac OS 11.5. File/Syncing gives me the Sync Settings Screen. I select Dropbox Connection. Then I click in "Change Passphrase" and it does nothing - I can't enter anything in the box. I've attached a screenshot. If I hit Cancel, the program often freezes and I have to Force Quit. If I can't get this to work, can I get my money back?

   Hi Dennis

   Try this.
   Set Sync Method to Don’t Sync
   Then click Change Passphrase and enter a passphrase.
   Then select your Sync Method.

   Hope this helps.
