Missing Sync Options

I'm using Moneydance 2021.1 (3069). I've moved to a new iPhone so I wanted to set up syncing. When I went to set it up on the iPhone, the last sync data was listed as August. So I checked Moneydance on my iMac. Selected File>Syncing and the Sync Method is listed as Don't Sync. However, when I click on Don't Sync, or hover, there is no drop down with other options. I've searched the knowledge base but haven't found anything. There have been some posts in the Discussions and I tried a suggestion but it didn't work.

   This is because at some time you must have done a file, restore from backup.

   To reenable. Install Toolbox extension. Then run it.

   There is a button to promote dataset to primary. Do this. Restart MD. sync will be reenabled.
