How to sync with Mac from Phone

Hi,

Unfortunately on Saturday my Mac got completely wiped and I lost everything. I'm trying to set up the dektop program again and I'm having trouble. The mobile version was unaffected, and I have all my Dropbox syncs up to half an hour ago.

How do I restore the desktop from this Dropbox sync backup please?

   Hi Gary,
   Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

   If the data on the mobile device is up-to-date, we can move from there.
   To connect to one of the sync files that your mobile device is connected to:
   You will need to open Moneydance on your computer and click on File > New > Open Synced File, there, select Dropbox Folder. You will see a list of data files with the name of your base account, select the same as the one on your mobile device and you will see a prompt for the passphrase (it should match on both devices), wait for the initial sync process to finalize and that will be it.
