My sync from iMax to my iPad & iPhone has stopped

I do not get updates from my iMax to iPad and iPhone since the middle of December. Do not know how to repair. Went on trip down to USA and could not enter an up to date display.

    I am not tech Professional by any means and 80 years old so you see that I'm old school. Need to have one on one assistance if possible. Thank you
