Hello,
I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you looking at the initial mobile app setup screen? If so, you need to press the Dropbox icon to start the syncing setup process. If you're having trouble with that process, please let me know exactly how far you are getting in those instructions, and where you are running into trouble.
