synching across devices with Microsoft 365 in place
how do i use microsoft 365 to get and keep my QIF files current across all my devices (mainly microsoft windows and not apple software)

If you are talking about syncing Moneydance data between computers so you can add a transaction on one computer and it will appear withing 60 seconds on other computers then you need to use Moneydance internal sync engine via Microsoft OneDrive. If your setup has a mobile device such as a Android phone instead of OneDrive you must use Dropbox with at least a free Dropbox account.
If your setup is computers only use OneDrive and the Moneydance sync method Shared Folder. if your set up is computers and mobile devices use a free Dropbox account and the Moneydance sync method Dropbox Folder. QIF files play no part in the process. QIF files will not work in syncing Moneydance data correctly.
