Trying to connect PC to Drop Box (Additional Work Laptop)

I am attempting to add an additional PC (work Laptop) to my account to update data on the move. I cannot get past the drop box screen for sync.

   Hi John

   To be able to help more information is needed.

   1. Can you confirm you are trying to sync between 2 windows computers?
      
   2. Are they all running the same version and build of Moneydance, e.g., 2022.3(4063)? If so what is it?
      
   3. What sync method are you running, Dropbox Folder or Dropbox Connection?
      
   4. Are you using a Free Dropbox Account?
      
   5. Are the computer using the same Dropbox Account?
      
   6. Did you set up your primary computer under FILES – SYNCING?
      
   7. Did you set up the other computer as secondary computers using FILE – NEW – OPEN SYNCED FILE?

   With this information I should be able to help.
