Moneydance Upgrade Attempt
Please refund my purchase of $49.95 for the 2022 version. Yesterday I discovered that Moneydance on iPad only allows transactions into Moneydance. I assumed I needed to purchase the program for iPad rather than upgrading it. Moneydance would not install. I would be happy to pay for an upgrade once the software issue is resolve.

If I do not get a reply in 30 minutes I will ask my bank to stop payment. The next banking day is February 22—next Tuesday.

I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today. However if there is something specific you believe that I might be able to assist you with I am at your service.
I'm not quite sure I understand the situation you describe. No purchase is needed for the Moneydance iPad app, but one does need to be using a registered version of the desktop version of Moneydance for the mobile app to work. Another way to phrase this is one needs to purchase the desktop version, after which the mobile app is a free add-on to the main program.
Syncing does indeed work between the versions of the program, if that's the issue. If that's what you are having problems with, can you please let me know how far you are getting in the setup process? (https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/syncing-and-sharing-data/sync...)
