i have been having trouble with moneydance. i have lost all my history so i have started over. Moneydance is showing unregistered and will not accept the keys you have sent to me. i also cannot get sync to work through Dropbox folder or Dropbox;box connection. i have a MacBook pro with all updates completed and 2 android phones and nothing syncs. please help.

   I'm a fellow user.

   I'll make the follow observations

   1. Moneydance licenses are version specific, a license purchased directly from the company is usually valid for the version it was purchased for and the next major release. If Moneydance is not accepting the key you have it indicates you have a mismatch.

   2. The Android client requires an update due to dropbox updates, you can find one such discussion at:

   Thank you. I have renewed and it shows registered now but still unable to
   sync with android phones through dropbox.

   Android sync broke yesterday (dropbox cut access to the app). The IK developer has uploaded a new version of the app and it's awaiting approval for release.

   Hi Paul

   Go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to uninstall the current Android Moneydance app and install the beta just by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take some time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.
   Also you should note Sean has only just released the new beta and it can take google a few days to approve and load the new app.
   So if it states last updated 14 Jun 2021 then the new beta is not yet available.
