Syncing stopped on dropbox

For some reason My android devices cannot now find my sync file in dropbox. I have not done anything that would cause this. I have gone through the entire suggestions to stop syncing then restore the sync, but my devices say there is no file to sync? Has something changed in dropbox?

Thanks for any help.

    Somewhat late is the day the Android app is only now being updated to comply with a Dropbox update. The computer based App was updated from Moneydance 2022.3(4070).

    Go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
    Click on Android Beta Signup
    Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take some time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.
    Also you should note Sean has only recently released the new beta and it can take google a few days to approve and load the new app.
    So if it states last updated 14 Jun 2021 then the new beta is not yet available.

    Thanks but no help. In trying to fix the problem I had tried to
    uninstalled money dance app then install again on android.. Ai this point
    it seems this may be a problem with Dropbox of some sort. Knowledgeable on
    syncing and something seems wrong.

    Syncing has worked for over a year and abruptly stopped working say 5 days
    ago without any change from me.

    Hi Charles

    Your Moneydance Android app will no longer work until the new Moneydance beta Android app is available. The new App will conform to new Dropbox requirements.
    Please read my last post again.

    Same thing! All my devices now has different transactions and totally unsynced. It's a disaster. I have try to reinstall Dropbox and Moneydance on the android and have lost about 30 latest transactions

    Another update - I have install Moneydance to my iPhone and it has normal and adequate sync with Mac application throw Dropbox. So, the problem is only on the Android devices!

    Yes, the issue is with Android devices. As Derek mentioned, we believe we have fixed this with an update we have released to the Android beta, which you can sign up for on our preview page: http://infinitekind.com/preview. Assuming it resolves the syncing issue for those who try the beta, we should then release it as the main app.

    I can confirm Android beta 2022.1 15 Apr 2022 is now available to beta testers and works on my two Android phone.

    If you haven’t already go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
    Click on Android Beta Signup.

    Unfortunately, not in my country yet. Waiting for rollout to all countries.
    Guys, is there any possibility to avoid this problem in the future with broken syncing on Android?
