have not been able to sync data from moneydance to android phone. have wiped all moneydance history and started over. have uninstalled money dance on MacBook and android phone. installed moneydance beta on android today and reinstalled moneydance on MacBook. have tried using dropbox folder and dropbox connection, nothing works. wanted to try and change passphrase since dropbox password and passphrase are the same but cannot change passphrase. i have change option to "do not sync" to change passphrase and it still will not let me change it.

   It broke yesterday. The android app was updated (yesterday) by the IK developer and uploaded to the App Store. It's awaiting approval/release..

   Hi Paul

   Somewhat late is the day the Android app is only now being updated to comply with a Dropbox update. The computer based App was updated from Moneydance 2022.3(4070).

   Go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take some time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.
   Also you should note Sean has only recently released the new beta and it can take google a few days to approve and load the new app.
   So if it states last updated 14 Jun 2021 then the new beta is not yet available.

   Thank you for your response. I am aware of the break. I have deleted the
   app for android and downloaded the beta version. I am trying to sync using
   "Dropbox folder" instead of "Dropbox connection" although neither has
   worked. Which should I be concentrating on?

   Hi Paul

   Play Store has yet to approve/release the new Android beta App. You need as I suggested in my post to wait for a new beta version. The old beta is dated 14 Jun 2021.
   On my computer I use Dropbox Folder, its faster. The Mobile apps have an embedded API which user Dropbox Connection, hence you don’t need to install Dropbox on your mobile device.

   I can confirm Android beta 2022.1 15 Apr 2022 is now available to beta testers and works on my two Android phone.

   If you haven’t already go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup.
