No Longer Syncs

I have read every discussion on this subject and nothing works moneydance will not sync with my android tablet last sync was april 13th. If there is anything i am missing please advise me. I have installed and uninstalled the app from the android device many times no change. Thanks for anything that can help. MIke

   Dropbox have updated there system so the old Moneydance Mobile app not longer works.

   Somewhat late is the day the Android app was updated on the 15 April to comply with a Dropbox update.

   Go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take some time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.
   Also you should note Sean has only recently released the new beta and it can take google a few days to approve and load the new app.
   So if it states last updated 14 Jun 2021 then the new beta is not yet available.

   I did that and still have issues, I tried to setup as dropbox folder and dropbox connection and it’s the same. If I delete the connection in the android app I get choose folder and there are no folders to choose. If I reinstall it may give me the data prior to the sync issue but still does not update. Not sure at this point. Thanks

   Hi michael

   At the time of this post Play Store has not yet approved/released the new Android beta Moneydance App

   So when you check if it states last updated 14 Jun 2021 then the new beta is not yet available.

   Hope this helps.

   Hello,

   I believe the beta is still making it's way through Google's systems, as we just submitted it yesterday morning. Unfortunately it may take a few days, as I'm not sure what their capacities are on a holiday weekend. If you have signed up for the beta, the update should appear for you when it makes it through!

   I can confirm Android beta 2022.1 15 Apr 2022 is now available to beta testers and works on my two Android phone.

   If you haven’t already go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup.
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take a short time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.

   Hi Michael

   Yes, once Sean the Moneydance developer had enough feedback from beta testers to confirm the new Android beta worked he promoted it to a release build to make way for the next beta which should not be long in coming.
