android stopped syncing

I run moneydance on a windows laptop, an iphone, and an android phone.
I am running the latest version on all 3 devices.
I am setup to sync to the dropbox folder.
The android stopped syncing on April 14.

In the process of trying to "fix" it, I deleted the contents of the v3 folder inside the moneydance sync folder and let it rebuild.
The iphone remains fine, and new trasaction propogate in both directions.
The android however shows it's last sync was October 4, 2021!
If I turn syncing off, all of the data disappears, it says "no folder found", and refuses to do anything until I delete the app off my phone and reinstall it.

   Fascinating. I look at the topic list, several dozen posts on "syncing stopped TODAY!!!

   Guess I'll have to read some. It sure looks like something is going on.

   Hello,

   Unfortunately there was an update to Dropbox that interfered with the syncing process for Android devices. We believe we have fixed the issue, and released a new test version on our Android beta channel, which hopefully will be available there soon. If you would like to test the beta, you can sign up to download it on our preview page: http://infinitekind.com/preview

   Assuming it resolves the syncing issue for those who test it, we will then send it out as an update to the main release. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

   Getting annoyed.
   Signed up for the beta. Nothing available to download. Broke hard for 4 days.

   As I understand, a recent dropbox update ended access to a really old version of their syncing software...
   A version that moneydance still used.
   Leaving everyone who uses moneydance on an android high and dry.
   This isn't a toy for me. I use it to keep track of my money, and my money is kinda important.

   Ethan, can you please make this update available, google or no google.

   Hi Jim

   I can confirm Android beta 2022.1 15 Apr 2022 is now available to beta testers and works on my two Android phone.

   If you haven’t already go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup.
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take a short time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.

   Things I'd mistakenly done trying to fix it didn't matter.
