Moneydance app not working on android

I've been trying to get the moneydance to app to work again on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) but to no avail.I've uninstalled it and re-installed and when I open it shows old data from March 30, 2022. I've deleted my dropbox data and now I'm lost. The instructions are so complex (at least to me) that I've given up on the moneydance app. What I need is SIMPLE instructions to make this work for me. Until then I'm given up on the app but will continue to use the desktop version at least for awhile unless I can find something that works better than moneydance dekstop & its app. I have no problem with the desktop but really need an app the works well. I don't expect any response to this problem as my experience with your has not been good, usually just ignored.

   Hi William

   Dropbox have updated there system so the old Moneydance Mobile app not longer works.

   The Android app was updated on the 15 April to comply with a Dropbox update.

   Go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take some time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.
   Also you should note Sean has only recently released the new beta and it can take google a few days to approve and load the new app.
   So if it states last updated 14 Jun 2021 then the new beta is not yet available.

   Hello,

   Unfortunately there was an update to Dropbox that interfered with the syncing process for Android devices. We believe we have fixed the issue, and released a new test version on our Android beta channel, which hopefully will be available there soon. If you would like to test the beta, you can sign up to download it on our preview page: http://infinitekind.com/preview

   Assuming it resolves the syncing issue for those who test it, we will then send it out as an update to the main release. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

   I can confirm Android beta 2022.1 15 Apr 2022 is now available to beta testers and works on my two Android phone.

   If you haven’t already go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup.

   Thank you for replying.

   Your suggestion got me to look further and this is what I did:

   I did notice that my Moneydance mobile app had updated yesterday so I
   deleted my dropbox files, stopped syncing on the Moneydance desktop. So
   tried the procedure to sync once more today and it WORKED!!! I really
   like Moneydance and the its mobile app so will continue to use it and
   pay for upgrades as needed. I am now a happy customer of Moneydance.
