Syncing has stopped with Android devices ?
I have been syncing moneydance via Dropbox to my Android devices for some years now. Lately it has stopped. Whilst the devices appear to try to sync they constantly revert t the 'Last synced time' and not the current time.
In an attempt to correct I uninstalled from the Android device and re installed the app. I am then presented with the issue of once connected to Drop box the app cannot find any folders to sync with. I have checked my Dropbox account and folders and found that there is a .moneydance folder present with the latest sync information from the PC.
As I have said this is not isolated to 1 Android device, but 2 that I am using. Both are Samsung (S21 phone and S7 Tab) devices with Android 11 installed. All with the latest software patches. and the same issue as described occurs on both.
As another question .... Is there a possibility in the future that syncing can occur to other cloud services like 'One Drive' where I have more storage available and not limited to the number of devices that can connect. At present Dropbox limits a max of 3 devices to connect via the free account. (Yes all 3 devices as per the initial problem have Dropbox authority to connect). It would be a great improvement if an option to sync via OneDrive was available.

Unfortunately there was an update to Dropbox that interfered with the syncing process for Android devices. We believe we have fixed the issue, and released a new test version on our Android beta channel, which hopefully will be available there soon. If you would like to test the beta, you can sign up to download it on our preview page: http://infinitekind.com/preview
Assuming it resolves the syncing issue for those who test it, we will then send it out as an update to the main release. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We have been working on adding additional syncing services to the program. iCloud will likely be next, and we are considering others. I unfortunately cannot speculate on when those will be released.
Note also that if you don't otherwise use Dropbox, you can forgo installing Dropbox on your system. Instead, select the Dropbox Connection option and the program will directly communicate with Dropbox through their API. This does not count towards the three device limit.

It should also be noted that the Moneydance mobile application will never use the Dropbox client even if it is installed.

Maybe my device... but check the updated sync. Found the individual accounts are syncing to correct totals but summary pags not necessarily reflecting the sync update ?....Bryan Holman

On the Android app under SETTING is the ‘Include Future Dated Transactions’ set correctly?

Yes. Foun the account itself has correct balance but on the summary page the account is showing less. All other listed accounts are or appear to be correct.... will monitor to see if it corrects. This is not something I have seen in past versionsBryan Holman
