Mobile App No Longer Syncs

Hi,
So I recently changed my email attached to my Dropbox (not sure if that affected things) and my mobile app stopped syncing on my Android. This has happened before, I usually just disconnect, remove app, reinstall and start over, no problem. This time it is not finding any folders, whether I sync through folders or Dropbox connection. My old email and the one linked to my Moneydance account is [email blocked]. Can you please help me get it back. I should also mention that I started the process for Moneydance+, but I did not complete it.

Can you tell me if using Dropbox is the only and most efficient way to sync.

   Hello,

   Unfortunately there was an update to Dropbox that interfered with the syncing process for Android devices. We believe we have fixed the issue, and released a new test version on our Android beta channel, which hopefully will be available there soon. If you would like to test the beta, you can sign up to download it on our preview page: http://infinitekind.com/preview

   Assuming it resolves the syncing issue for those who test it, we will then send it out as an update to the main release. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

   Hi Austria

   I can confirm Android beta 2022.1 15 Apr 2022 is now available to beta testers and works on my two Android phone.

   If you haven’t already go to https://infinitekind.com/preview
   Click on Android Beta Signup.
   Once you are set up as a tester you should be able to install the Android Beta Moneydance app by going to Play Store and searching for Moneydance. It may take a short time for Play Store to register you have switched to a beta tester.
