MoneyDance has suddenly stopped synching!
My huband's android phone and my iPhone are synching with one another, but none of the transactions created in the phones is getting back to my desktop, and the desktop transactions aren't getting back to the phones. Help, please!

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

I have tried turning the sync off and on again from the desktop, and I've also tried rebooting the desktop, all to no avail.
I have also checked my dropbox folder, and I can see the synchs coming from our phones, but even though the desktop app SAYS "closing file and synching" when I close it, it is not creating a file in dropbox.

If you are using version 2017 or older you need to either switch to Dropbox FOLDERS (from connection) or upgrade to the latest version.
