ipad quit syncing April 13
I can't seem to figure out how all of a sudden Moneydance quit syncing April 13 to my iPad. Help please. I am not computer savvy and this is a dilemma as I use it daily.

Either switch to Dropbox folders or upgrade MD

have done both and nothing changed except moneydance on iMac had to be updated....lost some information but now restored..upgraded moneydance and have seen nothing changed

What is your sync method set to now?

using moneydance 2022.3
had duplicate entries that had to be deleted
set to iCloud now

icloud syncing only works between computers - it does not currently sync to mobile devices (like your ipad)

according to Moneydance it will sync with iCloud ...have tried it all and nothing works...wasted upgrade money

set sync back to Dropbox...still not working

Moneydance will sync to icloud, but the mobile apps won't work with icloud (yet).
You'll need someone else (like Stuart) to walk you through making Dropbox work after trying icloud. (I'm sure he's asleep at the moment in the UK)

On the latest 2022.3 Dropbox sync absolutely works..... I would reset sync and start again.
1/ install Dropbox client on your computer and confirm its working
2/ Launch MD. Install toolbox extension. enable hacker mode. hacker button. Force Reset Sync.....
3/ exit MD
4/ go to dropbox folder location. DELETE .moneydancesync folder
5/ launch MD. Reenable syncing. Dropbox FOLDERS,,, wait.... restart MD
6/ Go to iPad. MD App. Settings/cog. Disconnect... Reconnect.....
