Maddie,

Thank you again for all of your help so far.

I am trying to change my mobile/computer syncing to iCloud from Dropbox.

As I am in the process of getting divorced and the Dropbox account has many files my wife might want or need, I feel it would be better to use iCloud sync. I would feel more secure.

Please explain how I implement this change.

Also, I have an Apple Card. If I can export the transactions from my iPhone to my iCloud in OFX or another file format, can I then import the data into MoneyDance?

In my mind, you will always be "The Queen of MoneyDance"!

Thanks.

    Hi Maddie.

Moneydance does not yet support iCloud sync between mobile/computer.
    Its Dropbox or nothing.

    Derek,

    Thanks for the update.

Do you know anything about importing OFX files into MD?

I have an Apple Card. I used the app on my phone to create an OFX file that
I saved to iCloud drive which happens to also be my desktop on my Mac.

Can I use that file to provide the transactions into MoneyDance?

    Hi Philip

I import transaction from my credit card by downloading a OFX file from my online account then importing it into Moneydance.

I would suggest you do a FILE (MONEYDANCE on Mac) – EXPORT BACKUP in case you OFX file does not works, in which case you can FILE (MONEYDANCE on Mac) – RESTORE FROM BACKUP.
You can simply drag and drop you OFX file into the Side Bar list on left then follow the on screen instructions.

    Hope this helps.
