We have successfully synced moneydance with two iPhones for many months, using Dropbox file. Recently, all transactions entered on one of the iPhones show up on the iphone for a few minutes, then are deleted. They do not show up on the desktop presentation, and they disappear from the iPhone. This has forced us to re-enter many transactions, and is a huge problem. Please advise how to correct this. Thanks.

I would reset sync and then recreate it. Toolbox. Advanced mode. Force reset sync settings. Restart md. Then on the iPhones disconnect and connect to the new sync relationship.

I just upgraded to latest moneydance for Mac. The menu items do not have a Toolbox that I can see.

I checked with another iPhone, and same behavior - data entered on the desktop/mac gets synced to the iPhones, but data entered on the iPhones is deleted.
    Thanks,
    Gerald

Desktop app. MD. Menu. Extensions. Manage Extensions. Toolbox. Install. Then Extensions, Toolbox...

Thanks, it appears to be working correctly now. A little unsettling that it could enter that failure mode without a known cause. Maybe the upgraded version fixed whatever was the bug. Thanks for the help.
