Unable to find encryption key

After upgrading my iPhone, your app is asking for the encryption key, which can be found on the desktop app. I follow the instructions on the desktop app, but nothing ever shows me the encryption key. The 'sync' option does nothing.

Can you tell me what I need to do to get this running again?

    Install toolbox extension. General tools. Show encryption password.
