Syncing option in menu hangs and no longer syncing with Dropbox

Hello,

I am trying to Sync with my Dropbox which stopped working. I tried to click on File->Syncing and no windows pop up and nothing happens. I was thinking I could reconfigure my dropbox to fix the problem.

My version is for Mac OS - 2017.8 (1691)

    You need to upgrade MD version.
