Incorrect balance when syncing

When theoneybox app syncs on my phone the balance on one of my accounts is around £40 different.
Can you advice please

   Hi Stephen,

   We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

   Would you be able to send us a copy of your Moneydance error logs, the logs should include information on what might be causing the issue.

   They are saved on your computer as an errlog.txt file. You need to navigate to:Local Disk(C:)>Users>Your Name>.moneydance>errlog.txt

   Finally you can copy the full content into your next reply here.

   From your computer, launch Moneydance and take a manual back up of the file you consider to be the most up-to date. Choose File --> Export Backup and save the file to e.g.your desktop (just in case)

   • Navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions and install the Toolbox

   Launch the Toolbox and from Toolbox Options (on top left corner) choose "Advanced Mode".

   Click the Advanced mode - red tab (on the right) as well.

   • Select the option: Force a refresh/Push of your local dataset to Sync. Wait a few minutes. This will reset and update sync with a new consolidated dataset.

   Launch Moneydance again on the same computer and navigate to File->Syncing Choose a sync method, preferably, Dropbox Folder (it's faster!)

   • Set or take note of your existing "Passphrase".
   • ensure the Dropbox client is installed and running on your computer.

   On your Android phone, please ensure you are running the Moneydance mobile app version 2022.1. To check press and hold the app icon and scroll to the very bottom.

   You may want to disconnect it and reconnect it by selecting Settings->Syncing via Dropbox->Disconnect. Restart your phone
