After recent Dropbox update, Moneydance seems not to sync
I am running the latest beta OS on each my iPhone 13 (v iOS 16.1 (20B5056e) and my MacBook Pro (macOS v 16.1 (18614.2.7.1.1)).
Recently Dropbox updated their app and I have this latest version installed. Part of this update including moving Dropbox to a new location on my Mac.
Now my files do not sync between my Mac and my iPhone.
I have just done a re-sync (logging out of Dropbox and back in again. My iPhone app reloaded my accounts but they are not accurate - entries made in the last few days have not synced.

If the location of Dropbox folder has moved then you probably need to change the sync method on your desktop from DB Folders to Shared Folders and point it to the new location. The mobile app will be ok. Or use sync type DB connection
