syncing to icloud
I just moved everything to a new computer and am now getting the warning I have attached below. I have version 2022 5 4091 and am using it on a Vostro dell laptop with windows. I had the program on my other computer and never saw this message so I don't know what has changed or what I need to do to make it sync to cloud.

Hi John,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
In order to switch to iCloud Drive Sync you need to ensure that:
your computer is running Moneydance 2022.5 (4091)
the data file you wish to sync is stored in the default location on the computer where you set up the process.
your devices are using the same iCloud account - this is very important! It is not currently possible to sync to multiple iCloud accounts.
We recommend creating a backup before proceeding save it to a location of your choice, eg.:your desktop (just in case).
To create a manual backup, choose File --> Export Backup.
Then you should navigate to File->Syncing and turn sync off by choosing Don't Sync - if you were using a different sync method previously, and restart Moneydance.
Navigate to File->Syncing and choose iCloud Drive
- Set or take note of your existing "Passphrase".
On your iPad/iPhone you need to install the latest iOS mobile app.
Launch the mobile app and choose the same file as your computer.
Enter your Password to match the Passphrase on your computer.
Finally, enter a "dummy"" transaction on each device and allow a few seconds for them to sync. They should display exactly the same transactions.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

I am not support staff, just a user.
Hi
I think you need to explain further. The title is “syncing to iCloud”, but you talk about Windows computers and the screen shot indicates you are trying to sync using OneDrive.
What devices are you trying to sync in your set up? What Moneydance sync method are you using?
If Shared Folder are you sure the location and the folder you created has read/write access?
