Good morning.

Unfortunately, this is my third request for help! I wouldn’t be bothering you if this wasn’t reasonably urgent.

I am in the process of moving and am forced for the next few weeks to rely on my iPad to track my finances. I have had to do this previously and everything worked fine but a couple of days ago the app, on my iPad went into a continuous sync loop. As a result I have to either wait about a half hour, or I have to shut the app down and restart it to enter a new transaction. Twice now, the app has frozen and I have had to force quit my iPad. My Mac desktop is being shipped so I don’t have access to my desktop computer and I am unable to find a way to disable the sync on my iPad so that I can continue to use the app and then sync later when I get my Mac desktop computer back. I have quite a number of important financial transaction that I need to track and register so it is pretty urgent I find a solution. Please help.

    Hi Tom,

Not sure about the iPad app, or if this will help, but with the Android mobile app it's simply "Settings > Sync > Disconnect."

I think you are stuck. Once you disconnect the app then you cannot use the app. You need to get to the desktop to reset sync.
