Moving from old MacBook Pro to new MacBook Air
I have Moneydance 2015.3 and want to transfer all of my Moneydance accounts to my new MacBook Air.
I have created a Moneydance Archive and a gif file but when I import these on my MacBook Air, the data transferred is incorrect. It has even created entries for 2023 & 2024 which were not there before.
How can I create a clean transition?
Would I be any better off if I purchased the 2022 version/

I am not support staff, just a user.
Hi Jeff
Apple tends to break software so its likely you will have to upgrade to 2022 for that reason alone. Assuming you purchased 2015 from this site you can get a 50% discount on a new key from https://infinitekind.com/purchase by using the Upgrading box.
To transfer your data set from your old computer see https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/file-locations-and-changes/mo...
Hope this helps.
