Cannot find shared file
The only options I get when choosing sync are Dropbox folder or Shared Folder. I don't get any other options including iCloud Drive. I am using a Windows 11.

Install Dropbox client. Get it logged in. Try again.
Failing that, after trying, grab help/console and upload output here.

iCloud is not support for syncing on Windows.
Without the Dropbox client installed your options are Dropbox Connection and Shared Folder, installing the Dropbox client is expected to add Dropbox Folder if Dropbox is setup in the standard location.
