In syncing Money Dance between my desktop and android phone, an account was lost on my phone. How do I retrieve it?

Nothing obvious.
Can you add a dummy txn into that account and see if it appears?
Also, check it’s not hidden/inactive etc?

I added a "Dummy" account and it syncs just fine. The bank account I'm
referencing is present on my PC. However, not on my android. How do I
find out if it's hidden on my android?

I wanted you to add a dummy transaction into the account that’s not appearing.
On the PC check tools/accounts and confirm it’s not inactive.

active.
Not sure if I'm clear on what took place, however the whole bank account
disappeared in the app, label and all!... not just the transactions. It's
gone! I deleted and reinstalled the app last night thinking it would
re-appear. Everything appeared but the referenced bank account. Now I'm
thinking the problem is within the app on my phone. Still don't know how or
why it disappeared.

You can try this... Toolbox, update mode, advanced, force REFRESH/PUSH sync... wait 5 mins, restart MD, restart the phone...

That Toolbox is a scary place to be for someone like me. All those
disclaimers... eeeek! I got through all the steps and it is still
troublesome. Nothing changed. It seems if the dummy transaction remains
in the account, all is well. When I delete it or change it to $0.00, the
account disappears. It's like that transaction is a placeholder. Crazy!

So you can see the account sometimes?
I think accounts hide themselves when the balance becomes zero?

This must be one of those accounts. Oddly enough, my other bank accounts
(such as a CD that I cashed out or a paid off credit card) remain visible
with a zero balance. I think that life just got better realizing that this
account can not be zero-d out in the Money Dance app.

Hi Sally
Close your Moneydance App on your Android.
On your computer highlight the problem account in the Side Bar, list on the left.
Then click ACCOUNT – EDIT ACCOUNT and ensure nether of the tick boxes in the screen shot are ticked.
I any were ticked wait a couple of minutes and then open your Android app and see if the account appears.
