Check to make sure the account has not been marked inactive on the laptop.

    Hi Jojo,

I can see you’ve received a reply from one of our knowledgeable Moneydance customers. To add to this useful information I thought it's worth mentioning that to achieve this, from within Moneydance, you should navigate to Account->Edit Account, uncheck the Inactive box as outlined here. You may need to restart Moneydance for the changes to take place.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Hi Maddy
I have just done as suggested however the account wasn't inactive. I did notice, however that the box hide from summary if zero was ticked and I had put in a transaction that took it to zero. I have now unticked that box and it has reappeared.
    Many thanks
    JoJo

A less common cause but it has the same effect.
