Duplicate transactions cannot be deleted
Hi,
I am using Moneydance 2024.1 on Ubuntu Linux and Moneydance (Beta) on Android. I am syncing via Dropbox. I just reinstalled Moneydance on Ubuntu because I just reinstalled the OS.
Seven transactions that I entered into my Moneydance on Android never synced to my Moneydance on Ubuntu. So I entered the transactions into moneydance on Ubuntu and then I ended up with duplicates of the transactions on Android. Now no matter how many times I delete them from my Android they keep coming back. I just want to get rid of these duplicates.
If there is anything else I can try or provide, please let me know.
Thanks,
K.R. Foley

I am not support staff just a user.
Hi K.R. Foley
On Android under setting Disconnect.
On Linux set Syncing to Don’t Sync.
Delete duplicates and close Moneydance
In Dropbox delete the .moneydance folder.
On Linux open Moneydance and set up syncing.
Open Android and set up syncing.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
That seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you very much.
Thanks,
