Balance is Not Synching

The balance on the iPhone app is not in synch with the SW app on my PC. The transactions are synching, but the transactions on the iPhone app only goes back to 6/11/23, while I have transactions going back to April 2022 on the SW app on my PC. How can I make them get in synch?

    The apps on ios only download the past year of transactions, as they are intended as a subsidiary to the desktop.

    So, let's look at the balance - it should be in sync, as it relies on the full dataset of the PC versus the one year downloaded for viewing.
