Moneydance doesn't synchronize with iPhone application
Hello,
Recently I have added the Moneydance for iPhone extension, but it stopped synchronizing information after 2 or 3 successful attempts. Please advise how to fix this back.

Has the beta been released?? Any news??? How can I become a beta tester? Since my sync doesn't work, I would rather be a tester than have nothing.

Hi Shane,
I will pass your interest onto the developers, currently there are doing a limited release beta-test and I think the scope is pretty small, so I am not sure how likely you will be added. But if you are not, we will be sure to post here as to when there is a public release beta.

We're currently on build 28 of the beta app, and making really good progress. Most sync and other issues have been smoothed out, but we're still working on a few stubborn wrinkles. We're going to be posting more frequently on our Twitter feed to keep our users updated on the progress of the beta test, so I do encourage you to follow us on Twitter if that's a service you use. We will post on this thread when the update is available. I am very sorry that we don't have the fix ready for release yet, but we want to make sure the new app is really really ready.
We'll also post on this thread as soon as the app is available,

I too am having sync issues. Right now I need to recover the 48 character access key. Is there any way of recovering it?

Today we submitted the iOS app to Apple to approval, so we'll definitely post on our blog as soon as it's available. We're not sure how long the approval queue is (Apple is a bit opaque about it) but we're hoping soon! We'll also post on this thread when the app is available.

Some bad news: Apple did not approve our latest update to the iPhone/iPad/iPod Moneydance app. This was due to the Dropbox authorization page linking to an external signup form.
The good news: we've re-submitted the app using a newer version of the Dropbox SDK that resolves the issue while also making the Dropbox authorization a bit easier. This submission also fixes a few small bugs that were discovered in the past week.
We're all very sorry for the additional delay in getting the app update. I expect it will be another 5 working days which is Apple's current advertised time to review app updates.
