Hi. Hoping someone can help. I have the app on my iPhone and all my accounts have pulled into it but no currency amounts. I just have "currency error" next to each account and when I enter a transaction amount, it syncs to my computer as 0.00 dollars. I am using drop box to sync with.
what am I doing wrong?

    Hi Michelle,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

This problem usually occurs when there's a special character in one's currency's prefix or suffix, like a period or a comma that causes display errors in the amounts.

On your desktop system, can you please go to Tools -> Currencies from the menu bar, open your main currency (and any other that you may be using with these accounts), and verify that you don't have any of these characters in the prefix or suffix fields?
Adding the $ sign to prefix might be all is needed.

Finally, you should open your iPhone app, to verify that Moneydance is displaying your data as expected.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
