Reset of Iphone

Running MD 2024.2 on Mac with sync to icloud whicih is on ipad and iphone as well. Had no problem. Then went to texas in December without Mac and on borth ipad and iphone Money Dance brought up the screen showing disconnect and then the selection of the backup choice.. When back home, started working again. Now the iphone has to be disconnected and reconnected at least once/twice weekly to see MD data. The disconnect/sync choices screen continues to show up. All settings are correct. Very annoying and wonder why this is happening.
