Problems with iPad app

Tried everything and got nothing.

Here is what the console window said

Starting Moneydance 2011 (791)

   Hi Terry,

   I'm sorry you're having trouble with the iPad app. What problem are you having exactly? Could you please describe what you have tried and where it doesn't work?

   I have downloaded the app and it synced once then it would not sync anymore
   so I removed the app and reinstalled it. My iPad2 and MacBook are on the
   same wireless network and I have done everything that was suggested in the
   knowledge base. Now the MacBook does not see the iPad2 so I can re-enter the
   code

   Hi Terry,

   Could you please try these steps to see if you can cause the app to sync?

   1. Open the Moneydance desktop program
   2. Open the Moneydance app on your device
   3. Close the Moneydance app on your device
   4. Open the Moneydance app on your device and wait for about 30 seconds
   5. The sync should occur.

   I cannot get the MacBook to recognize the iPad2 in order to enter the code
   to sync

   Got it to work... changing the device name with no spaces was the key. Now
   to see if it will resync when I open later.
