    Hi Antoine

I use an Android phone. It probable older than yours. It runs Android 11 with no issues. What version of Android does your phone run? Knowing this may enable support to help you.

    Hi Antoine,

Is it possible that you at one point signed up for one of the beta or alpha testing versions of Moneydance? Those have expired and won't run on modern versions of Android (until I next update it) but if you leave the beta/alpha groups then it should work. Can you check by going to this page on your phone: https://infinitekind.com/moneydance-android (which will redirect to the Google Play Store) and check if there is a message saying that you are signed up for the beta or alpha test versions? If so, you should be able to leave the alpha or beta group from that page.

    Thanks,
    Sean

Sorry for my late reply ,
Actually it’s my wife phone Samsung S21 and running Android 14 as per the attached screenshot .
I used the link u provided and guided me to Google play store but immediately it is saying that the app is not available because it was made for an older version (attached is the screenshot of the message also )

    Thanks
