Transfer to new device

I am replacing a 2013 MacBook Pro with a 2025 iPad Pro,. Can I transfer my 2020 Moneydance to the new device.
I do NOT want to sync the devices but transfer all Moneydance info to new iPad.

   As you are using macOS you may or may not find you need to purchase a Moneydance upgrade, no harm in trying with your existing version.

   You cannot use Moneydance on only an IPad. The iPad uses an MD app which is not the full moneydance. At this time, you must have a desktop involved to use MD "in the whole".
