2nd file on iphone
I have two files on my desktop but only my main file on my iPhone. I would like to have both on my iPhone and my iPad. How to I get the 2nd file on my phone and iPad. I read about disconnecting the original file from my phone but when I do that I am prompted that disconnecting syncing will remove my data from this device (my iPhone). I don't want to remove or lose any data regarding the first file, but would love to have access to both files on my phone and iPad. I am on the latest version of Moneydance. The sync settings on my desktop are set to Don't Sync.

It is not possible to just switch between files on the Mobile at this time.

While far from ideal it is quite quick to switch between one set and another by disconnecting from Dropbox/iCloud. Yes each switch removes the previous data and replaces it with the second set. Depends how often you do it whether it is unacceptable.
Puzzled why your Desktop is set to Don't Sync. The iPhone /iPad apps are companion apps and not for use on their own. What data is on the iDevices if sync is turned off on Desktop?
