Not all account types showing on iPhone
Hi there,
I just got myself and my husband syncing our iPhones with the extension, and I'm not seeing loans or investment accounts. I'm using this to keep my husband in the loop without always having to tell him the status of our finances, and I'm wondering if these accounts were left out on purpose?
I couldn't find this info anywhere else, but if it's already in the KB or support docs, please let me know.
Thank you for your efforts!
Best,
Jeri.

Hi Jeri
Yes it is intentional that loan and investment accounts are left out of the iPhone. The primary purpose of the iPhone app is for transaction entry while away from your computer. It seemed unlikely that users would want to enter loan payments or investment transactions from the iPhone.
I am sorry that this does not currently meet your needs.
Sincerely

That's okay. It's still a wonderful addition. I realize my use case may be an outlier.
Oh and I've had no issues syncing our 4G and 4Gs.
Thanks again!
Jeri.
