I too cannot sync with my iPod. When I get to the point where I am asked to enter an access key there is NONE on the iPod - had no problem with my iPad. Any answers?

   Hi Andrew,

   If you remove the app from your iPod and re-install it, you should be presented with an access key the first time you run the app. Please let me know if that does not resolve the issue.
