Start moneydance app and get blank screen if wireless on my iPhone is turned on
Hi All,
As have many of you, I've been waiting for this app for a long time. I'd love some help getting it working.
I'm having the same issue as this, http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/iphone-ipod-touch-and-ipad.... When I start the app with my wireless on I get a blank screen. Turn it off and I get the key with instructions about using the extension.
I haven't tried to setup a peer to peer (pc (dell latitude e6400) to iphone 3gs) wireless network yet (that would be a real pain - not to setup but to use).
I use a Cisco wireless router b/g and my laptop is connecting with g.

Hi Ben,
No joy. I've downloaded ver 1.1 with no change. I also tried removing
and reinstalling moneydance and rebooting my phone with no change.
Thanks!

Do you tink you could attach your crash reports.
1) Reproduce the crash
2) Sync your device using iTunes
3) Find the Moneydance crash report from the following folder (depending on your platform):
Mac OS X:/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice<DEVICE_NAME>
Windows Vista: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice<DEVICE_NAME>
is the user's login name for the computer. <DEVICE_NAME> is the name of the iPod touch or iPhone, for example, "John's iPhone".

Anything new on this? You've had my crash reports for a couple weeks. Is there anything else I can do to assist? I'd really like to use this with Moneydance.
Thank you

I have same problem. Black screen when wireless turned on the iphone, but when turned off some instructions but desktop application of MD wont find any device.
surely it should not be so complicated?
Maybe someone can let me know when there is a new version that works seamlessly. till then i will hold back.
