<p>You need to enter the key reading the characters across each
line (8 characters) and then down the the next row and across
again. It shouldn't matter if you put the spaces in, but you can
leave them out to save typing.</p>
<p>Also, if your iPad's name contains any special characters (like
an apostrophe), though could cause this error. In that case, you'll
need to rename your iPad to remove the special characters.</p>

<p>I renamed my iPad removing an apostrophe I had on its name and
use the original key but didn't worked. I deleted and re-installed
the app on my iPad, entered the new key they way you explained
(row-wise) and it worked perfectly.</p>
