where is the access code
I've tried to sync my desktop to my Ipad and Iphone and have grown frustrated that there isn't better instrucions. the numbers on my iphone are not working. i don't know how to use them when i'm promted to put in my access code or even if they are the right numbers. I want to trust this app i've been looking for an app that can do all of my finance and this one finally i thought was going to be my last search. please if you can help me with this issue, otherwise I'd like a refund of my 49.99 thanks.

Hi Robert,
The access code is displayed on your iPhone when you launch the app. It goes away once you have successfully synced to your desktop. You should enter the key reading the characters across each row of eight and then down to the next row. Also, there is a bug in the current version of the app that causes problems if your iPhone's name has any special characters in it besides letters or numbers. If you have trouble entering the key, try re-naming your iPhone so that it does not contain any special characters.
