I cannot sync anymore my iphone with my desktop

Moneydance desktop finds the iphone, and requests an access key, but no figures anywhere appear (I supposed this access key must appear on the iphone).

   Hello,

   The access key is displayed the first time you run the app on the iphone. If you missed this key when you first ran the app, you will need to delete the app off the iphone and reinstall it.
