Don't have access key to synch iPhone with Moneydance

In upgrading to Lion, I had to transfer all my Quicken records over. My consultant suggested Moneydance, and we transferred an initial QIF file and set up the app. I finished the year in Quicken, and then we brought over another QIF of updated Quicken records. Now I'm going to synch my app, and it won't work. I don't have the access key. What to do?

    Karen,

We don't currently offer live chat support, this is an email based forum. When you say "I'm going to sync my app", could you please let me know if you've connected this device to your Moneydance file before, or is this the first time you're trying to set up the connection? Could you please tell me what is displaying on the screen of your iPhone when you try to sync the devices? This will help us to diagnose the issue,

It's handled, thanks. I deleted the app, downloaded it again, and got a new number. Seems to be working.
