Network Synchronizer Issues

When trying to install the Network Synchronizer I get this error message:
java.net.SocketException: Unexpected end of file from server

Please help so I can use the Moneydance app.

Here are some specifics:
Moneydance 2011r2 (803)
Java Version: 1.6.0_29
