I've got the iphone app loaded on my phone, added the network extension, and the computer sees the phone. But when I enter the access key, the computer keeps saying it doesn't recognize it. I've deleted and reloaded the app, and reentred the key several times. I'm entering it left to right, then top to bottom, no spaces. And I am being careful to not use o for 0, etc. Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

Yes, I've tried this often. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I've found the best thing is to do this while standing on one foot inside a cardboard box in my underwear and facing roughly northeast. I'm pretty this is the final solution that the moneydance team is going to come up!
