Sync has stopped working

Hi,

Syncing with my iphone 4 has worked fine for months. Last week I was having general connection problems with my phone and had to reset network connections. Since then, syncing isn't working.

My laptop and phone are both on the same subnet but I get "unreachable" if I try to ping my iphone. Could there be general network issues?

    TCK,

    This sounds a lot like a network issue, since your phone is unreachable. I'd give it a try from that angle first. If you can get your phone reachable on your network and you're still not able to sync, let me know and we'll work on it further.
