IT DOESN'T SYNC! And it seems NOTHING can make it sync? WTF?

I switched from IBank because the sync with IPhone - which WAS excellent - broke down completely.

So after seeing all the "Reviews" for MD, I figured I'd plunk down the $40 and give it a shot.

It synced once (IPhone4 to Mac Mini). Once. That was it. Nothing.

NOTHING WORKS!

I couldn't make it sync, PERIOD. Nothing worked. Not starting the desktop and IPhone apps in the order suggested, or every other order. NOTHING.

Then I tried re-setting the "Extension" connection. It wouldn't even find my IPhone!

So now, this lovely $40 app which I bought for its supposedly wonderful freaking IPhone app, can't work with my freaking IPhone!

This is BS. I bought this app BECAUSE all the reviews said "Hey, cool IPhone app!".

And now I read the "Support Forums" and read how many people seem to be having the same problem as I am, with no solution in site - and it appears it's just as big a joke as IBank. "Dropbox?" Are you serious?

I want this thing to work NOW, or I want my money back. If this is the best your company can do, perhaps people should know in advance what's going on.

For $40, I want answers NOW.

Got anything?

UPDATE: I reinstalled the iPhone app. I re-installed the Network Sync extension. Twice.

Nothing.

I'd appreciate an answer, from a human.

    I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today.

    Now for your syncing problem- the most common causes of the extension not "seeing" your phone are listed here, along with the solutions. Can you please let me know if you've tried these suggestions?

    We are also in (what we hope will be) the last stages of beta testing the new app with Dropbox syncing. I personally had a lot of problems syncing the app over wifi- since I started testing the new app using the Dropbox syncing method it's been perfect. Do let me know how it goes with re-creating the connection and we'll go from there. As I said above if you'd prefer a refund do let me know and I'll process it immediately.
