<p>I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to
offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get
out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know
and I will authorize it today.</p>
<p>Now for your syncing problem- the most common causes of the
extension not "seeing" your phone are listed <a href=

here</a>, along with the solutions. Can you please let me know if
you've tried these suggestions?</p>
<p>We are also in (what we hope will be) the last stages of beta
testing the new app with Dropbox syncing. I personally had a lot of
problems syncing the app over wifi- since I started testing the new
app using the Dropbox syncing method it's been perfect. Do let me
know how it goes with re-creating the connection and we'll go from
there. As I said above if you'd prefer a refund do let me know and
I'll process it immediately.</p>
